Core Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential corporate clients through various channels like networking, cold calling, and online research. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Needs Assessment: Understanding client requirements and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs and challenges. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contract terms, addressing client concerns, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Client Relationship Management: Providing ongoing support and service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Preparing regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasting future sales performance. Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales efforts. Key Skills and Qualifications: Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of the company's products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients. Market Awareness: Familiarity with the corporate landscape, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and concerns effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions. CRM Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data. Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
