Senior Executive - Corporate Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Head to lead and expand our corporate business division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships to achieve the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate partners.
• Lead the sales team by setting targets, mentoring, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and report to senior management on performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering.
• Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales (solar/renewable energy background preferred).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
