Senior Executive - Corporate Sales

Responsibilities:

• Lead marketplace business growth for the organization.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Business Development targets and delivery.
• Promote and develop our existing Product strategy and policies by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities.
• Propose system improvements to attain the company's marketing objectives.
• Establish strategic partnerships/collaborations and expand B2C marketplace & B2B SAAS Solutions in India and global markets across continents.
• Work closely with the CEO of Jupitice to drive strategic growth in terms of revenue, business, and delivery of products and services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Contribute to bottom-line P&L by developing and monetizing a sustainable ecosystem.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the judicial technology sector.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Promote the company's services and capabilities to potential clients and partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead and grow business operations.
• Streamline and develop processes for managing end-to-end business development and delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years working with Start Ups and ready to take challenges in business development, driving P&L, revenue top line, operations, strategic planning, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Full-time MBA from a reputed institution.
• Willingness to work full-time from our office.
