Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Retired SDO (Sub-Divisional Officer) Civil Engineer to join our team as a Civil Engineering Consultant / Advisor. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in civil infrastructure projects, government liaisons, tendering processes, and site supervision. This position is ideal for a retired professional looking to contribute their skills on a flexible basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance on civil construction projects, infrastructure planning, and execution. Oversee site inspections, project quality checks, and ensure compliance with government norms and engineering standards. Assist in preparing technical documentation, BOQs, estimates, and tender-related paperwork. Support the project team in resolving complex technical issues during execution. Offer guidance on government approvals, permits, and liaise with regulatory authorities. Review structural and civil drawings, suggest improvements or corrections if necessary. Mentor junior engineers and provide practical solutions based on field experience. Monitor contractor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. Help ensure budgetary control and cost-effectiveness in civil works. Requirements: Retired from a government position as SDO (Sub-Divisional Officer) in the Civil Engineering department. Minimum 25 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects – public works, roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, etc. Strong knowledge of civil codes, PWD rules, CPWD specifications, and local bylaws. Ability to work on-site, attend project meetings, and guide the team with real-world insights. Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
