Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, including Exit Management and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Handle HR operations including HRIS management, data accuracy, and process improvement.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Support policy and procedure implementation across the organization.
  • Work on HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and stakeholders for all HR processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring approachability and responsiveness.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work on dashboards and reports.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Approachable, people-oriented, and process-driven.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Talent Management.
