Role & responsibilities Market Analysis Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in international markets. Understand the consumer behavior, need analysis and profiling. Identify market entry opportunities and assist in developing GTM for new regions. Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with regional S&M teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in international markets. Create compelling and localized marketing content, including advertisements, email marketing, ATL & BTL Monitor campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights. Marketing Partner Management: Evaluate distribution channels in alignment with the head office team and identify partners in international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. Collaborate with media partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives. Event Planning and Management: Plan and coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution. Leverage events as opportunities to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness. Customer Experience: Identify key on-site touchpoints from the customer journey and implement best practices. Bridge the gap between customers and the brand to ensure that the touchpoints across the customers' journey are engaging, efficient and effective. This by planning & creating an experience in alignment to brand & campaign theme. Budgeting and Performance Analysis: Develop and manage marketing budgets for international markets. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including ROI and market penetration. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing activities and budget allocation. Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Work with Brand, Digital, SMO & PR team to achieve the overall marketing plan objectives in terms of communication delivery & lead gen. Right from producing informational kits to developing campaign pitch to training sales reps on how to move customers along the buyer's journey more effectively Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in international marketing, preferably in a global or multi-national company. In-depth knowledge of international marketing , market dynamics, and cultural considerations. Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and best practices. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional. Good analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and performance data. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
