About This Role
We are seeking an experienced ETL Solution Designer with strong expertise in Ab Initio and DBT to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions for complex enterprise environments. The individual will lead technical teams, ensure compliance with architecture standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop scalable ETL solutions using Ab Initio and DBT.
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality code within agreed timelines.
- Perform effort estimation and provide accurate development schedules.
- Drive adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Engage with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and assess feasibility.
- Define and implement test strategies, including data validation and environment readiness.
- Monitor and maintain code quality across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Who You Are
- 9–12 years of experience in ETL development and solution design.
- Strong expertise in Ab Initio, DBT, Teradata, and Python.
- Preferred knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, Perl, scheduling tools, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
