What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and customize ERPNext/Frappe applications across multiple domains(Procurement, Finance, HRMS, Payroll, Sales, Helpdesk, CRM, Education, Inventory, etc.).
• Create custom DocTypes, workflows, print formats, reports, and dashboards tailored toPW’s needs.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party platforms and internal apps.
• Participate in end-to-end ERPNext implementation including Dev → UAT → Prod deployments. Design modular, reusable apps to support projects across business units.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability in large-scale ERPNext deployments.
• Guide junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices in Frappe/ERPNext development.
• Drive the technical roadmap for ERPNext/Frappe – owning quality, scalability, performance, and modularity.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver cohesive features and product experiences.
• Own and improve CI/CD, release processes, and observability for ERPNext/Frappe systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext & Frappe Framework.
• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis.
• Proficiency in Vue.js or React for customizing ERPNext front-end components.
• Good understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in building custom Frappe apps, APIs, DocTypes,reports, dashboards,androle-based access controls.
• Experience in data migration, deployment pipelines, and environment setup(Dev/UAT/Prod).
• Good understanding of ERP domains: Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, CRM, Inventory,Education.

Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong debugging and optimization skills.
• Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations is highly desirable.
• Engineering Leadership:
• Proven track record of leading ERPNext/Frappe feature/module teams or projects.
• Strong experience in designing modular Frappe apps, architecting scalable ERPNext implementations, managing inter-app dependencies, and ensuring maintainable, reusable code structures.
• Skilled in design/architecture decisions that balance velocity, tech debt, and code health.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
