Venti Oelde India Private Limited


This role bridges engineering expertise and commercial acumen, focusing on technical sales, proposal engineering, customer engagement and business development for industrial fans. The position involves close coordination with customers, internal engineering teams, and global stakeholders to deliver technically sound and competitive solutions.


Employment Type

Full-time (6 months' probation period followed by permanent position)


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial / production engineering
  • Postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage


Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or application engineering
  • Prior exposure to industrial equipment, rotating machinery, fans, blowers, or HVAC systems is preferred

  • As per industry standards and experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical marketing and sales activities for industrial fans and related systems
  • Understand customer requirements and provide techno-commercial solutions aligned with project needs
  • Prepare and review technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Coordinate with design, project, and manufacturing teams for solution finalization
  • Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations with customers
  • Support contract review, order handover, and post-order technical clarifications
  • Identify market opportunities, track competitors and support business development initiatives
  • Maintain and update CRM data, sales forecasts, and opportunity pipelines
  • Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and strategic meetings as required


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of industrial fans, rotating equipment, and airflow applications
  • Ability to interpret process data, P&IDs, layouts, and technical specifications
  • Sound knowledge of pricing, costing, and commercial terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Willingness to travel across India and abroad
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach


Career Path

  • Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the probation period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 6 months.
