Role and Profile: Inside Sales Engineer

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing New Sales Opportunities through inbound Lead follow-up and Outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients

• Understanding

  customer needs and requirements

• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives

  for further development and closure

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Maintain and

  expand database of prospects within assigned territory

• Perform effective online demos to prospects

• Order Processing, Order Entry, Making Contracts, Tender Preparation & Submission

• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain and

  update sales and customer records

• Develop monthly sales reports

• Communicate

  important feedback from customers internally

• Ensure

  sales targets are met and report any deviations

• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

1. Inside Sales and Business development

2. Order Processing, Business Proposals- RFP and RFQ

3. Contracts, Tender Preparation, Comparative Statements

4. Competition Analysis, Planning and time management

5. ERP & CRM and Marketing Tools

6. Must be able to cope up with stress as need to work under deadlines

7. Planning & Utilization of Marketing budget.

8. Providing adequate marketing support to Sales team

9. Should be able to interact with the sales team & customers.
10. Superb oral and written communication skills
