Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and solutions (such as Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, BMS, etc.) to consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets in ELV systems.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
  • Promote companys ELV solutions (Building Management System, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA, Voice Evacuation, Structured Cabling, etc.) through technical presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with technical and design teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Track projects from early design stage through to award of contract, ensuring company participation.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and new technologies in ELV domain.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Ensure post-sales follow-up for timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-7 years of proven sales experience in ELV / Low Current Systems (BMS, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control etc.).
  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Good understanding of tendering, estimation, and project sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
