Senior Amazon Account Manager (Domestic Market Expert)

Location: Indore
Experience: 2–7 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance Amazon Account Manager who has already managed Indian domestic clients and scaled their sales across multiple categories.
The ideal candidate must be an Amazon expert who understands every part of the ecosystem — from listing to ads, from case resolution to brand registry — and can manage accounts end-to-end with absolute ownership.

This role requires discipline, communication excellence, problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and strong coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Amazon Account Management

  • Manage complete Amazon seller accounts across diverse categories.
  • Drive daily sales, growth, and ranking improvement.
  • Maintain top-notch quality in catalog, content, pricing & compliance.

2. Listings, Optimization & Ranking

  • Create, optimize & rank product listings (SEO, keywords, content).
  • Improve visibility through keyword strategy, CTR optimization & A+ content inputs.
  • Continuously monitor performance and update listings accordingly.

3. Brand Registry & Seller Setup

  • Handle Amazon seller registration, GST setup, PAN requirements, etc.
  • Complete Brand Registry process end-to-end.
  • Manage trademarks, brand documents, and compliance submissions.

4. Case Handling & Issue Resolution

  • Raise and resolve Amazon cases efficiently (suppression, returns, violations, reimbursements, FBA issues).
  • Communicate professionally with Amazon support for fast resolution.
  • Track and prevent account health issues.

5. High-Performance Amazon Advertising

  • Run and scale detailed Amazon ads: Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, Auto/Manual campaigns.
  • Analyse data and improve ACoS, TACoS, impressions & conversions.
  • Create ad strategies for ranking, product launches & scaling campaigns.

6. Coordination With Graphic, Content & Seller Teams

  • Get product images, A+ content & storefront creatives made via design team.
  • Work with sellers & internal teams with excellent communication & follow-ups.
  • Ensure quality control on images, infographics & creatives as per Amazon standards.

7. Analytical and Excel Expertise

  • Expert in Excel, reporting, pivot tables, forecasting & bulk uploads.
  • Generate weekly, monthly & quarterly performance reports.
  • Use tools & data to make strategic decisions.
