Senior Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale marketplace operations on Amazon & eBay. The role requires handling daily seller account management, listings, optimizations, catalog updates, backend operations, and marketplace performance monitoring.

Training will be provided to freshers; however, prior marketplace experience is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Amazon Seller Central & eBay Seller Hub operations
✅ Create, optimize, and manage product listings with high accuracy✅ Perform bulk uploads via Flat File (Listings, Updates, Inventory, Pricing)
✅ Ensure smooth catalog management including variations and parent-child relationships✅ Monitor account health, listing quality, suppressed/stranded inventory, and errors✅ Work on A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Analytics (if applicable)
✅ Support advertising management including Amazon PPC, DSP (optional but beneficial)
✅ Manage order processing, returns, customer communication, and performance metrics✅ Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace trend research✅ Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, content, and pricing updates✅ Maintain data hygiene in Excel/Sheets (basic to advanced knowledge preferred)
✅ Handle troubleshooting of listing or account issues on marketplaces✅ Ensure all marketplace SOPs and guidelines are followed

Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

✔ Marketplace experience with Amazon/eBay
✔ PPC Ads, Amazon DSP knowledge✔ Flat File expertise✔ Brand Analytics understanding✔ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Bulk data handling)✔ Knowledge of listing SEO and optimization✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working Schedule:

7 Days a week

• Saturday: Half day (Full day during peak season if required)

⏰ Office timings will be discussed during interview
