Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our business operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other key online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving revenue, optimizing profitability, managing product lifecycles, and overseeing platform-specific operations end-to-end. Experience in product planning, pricing, and online positioning will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

· Own and manage P&L responsibility for Amazon and Flipkart channels.

· Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility and conversions.

· Lead sales & stock management, ensuring optimum inventory levels and timely replenishment.

· Oversee product pricing strategies in line with market trends and profitability goals.

· Conduct online health monitoring to ensure listings, reviews, and ratings remain within platform benchmarks.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless execution.

· Analysed category trends, competition data, and sales performance for actionable insights.

· Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart category managers for visibility campaigns and deals.

· Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and growth plans.

Requirements:

· MBA- Marketing + B. Com/ BSc / B tech (in Electronics and Telecommunication)

· 6–10 years of e-commerce experience, with strong hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart.

· Strong understanding of online marketplaces, analytics, and platform marketing tools.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Proven track record of achieving targets and managing profitability.

· Listing & modification of products on various E-commerce portals like Amazon & Flipkart.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
