Job Description – Senior E-commerce Manager (Amazon, Myntra)

Position: Senior E-commerce Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 4–8 years in e-commerce marketplace management

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon & Myntra seller accounts.
Build and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability.
Oversee product listings, catalog creation, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
Plan and monitor advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads) to maximize ROI.
Ensure compliance with Amazon & Myntra marketplace policies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for growth opportunities.
Track and resolve orders, returns, SLA, and performance metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Guide and mentor junior team members for smooth execution of tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers for new launches & campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–6 years of proven experience in handling Amazon & Myntra seller accounts.
Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, catalog optimization, and advertising tools.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to plan strategies and deliver sales growth independently.
