Senior Ecommerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Accounts Manager to manage and grow our Amazon marketplace presence. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, sales growth, listing optimization, advertising, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords)
• Handle catalog management, pricing, promotions, and deals
• Plan and execute Amazon advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads)
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI
• Manage inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and FBA coordination
• Handle customer queries, returns, and claims
• Coordinate with Amazon support for cases, suspensions, and escalations
• Track competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
• Expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
