Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assess customers’ needs and recommend appropriate beauty products (makeup, skincare, haircare, etc.). Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and promotions. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and tester units. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Manage stock levels, check inventory, and report discrepancies. Process transactions and handle returns or exchanges. Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
