Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage the backend operations of Amazon and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and understand the workflows of listing management, performance tracking, and problem-solving for day-to-day seller account activities.

Key Responsibilities: Amazon Seller Account Management

  • Handle daily operations of Amazon Seller Central including monitoring account health, performance metrics, and orders.
  • Manage product listings, including creation, updates, and optimization using flat files and bulk uploads.
  • Ensure all listings are Amazon-compliant (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, variations, and images).
  • Update pricing, inventory, and catalog data regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage category, brand, and variation listings, and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.

Performance & KPI Tracking

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rate, ACOS, CTR, and inventory performance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports to monitor marketplace performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting visibility or sales performance (e.g., buy box, stranded inventory, suppressed listings).

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams for order fulfillment and returns.
  • Manage Amazon cases and handle support tickets to resolve technical or policy-related issues.
  • Keep records of updates, reconciliations, and promotional activities.

Advertising & Growth Support (Optional)

  • Assist in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Monitor ad performance and suggest budget or keyword adjustments.
  • Research competitors, keywords, and trends using tools like Helium 10 or Data Dive.

Other Responsibilities

  • Work on new product launches and ensure correct category and attribute mapping.
  • Coordinate with the creative/content team for image uploads and A+ content.
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies and trends to prevent account suspensions or listing issues.
  • Support activities on other marketplaces (Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) when required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, listing creation, flat files, and backend processes.
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
