About the Role

Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Execute and optimize full-funnel digital marketing campaigns for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Build campaign structures that maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive improvements in ad performance and landing page conversion.
• Implement A/B tests to continuously improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC, and LTV.
• Manage and optimize multi-crore marketing budgets with high efficiency.
• Explore new growth channels and lead experimentation initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a strong plus.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced online product-based company is

• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Demonstrated success in scaling paid media campaigns profitably.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
