Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing and the ability to lead a team towards delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) ensuring ROI.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand voice and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams for seamless execution.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in achieving campaign goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with social media campaigns, content strategies, and email marketing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt to fast-changing trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,074.18 per month
