Job Description

Role Overview

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and property portals. Constantly experiment and innovate with new media formats.
  • Monitor performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and drive campaign-level and channel-level optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to track lead quality, attribution, and conversion outcomes.

Website, SEO & AI SEO

  • Own the performance and upkeep of the companys website, ensuring it is optimized for performance, UX, and SEO.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, leveraging both traditional and AI-powered tools to drive high-intent organic traffic.
  • Manage third-party developers, writers, and SEO vendors to meet traffic and ranking targets.

Tech & Digital Systems

  • Drive the development, improvement, and maintenance of the Marathon mobile app and web platforms.
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives
  • Own marketing and sales tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows.

Data & Analytics

  • Build detailed dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, funnel efficiency, and ROI.
  • Set up UTM tracking, event goals, conversion tagging, and lead source tracking to ensure end-to-end visibility.

Digital Transformation & Automation

  • Champion the adoption of new AI tools and technologies across marketing, sales, and post-sales functions.
  • Identify bottlenecks and manual processes within marketing and sales and drive automation initiatives.
  • Work with internal tech and product teams or external vendors to implement tools and workflows for scale and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience managing large media budgets across Meta, Google, and property portals.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Hotjar, Search Console, etc.).
  • Strong SEO knowledge, including hands-on experience or working with agencies on both on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Experience managing or closely working with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in managing websites, landing pages, and app integrations in collaboration with tech/development teams.
  • Exposure to AI tools for SEO, content generation, data analysis, and marketing automation.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and constantly curious about new tools and trends in digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
