Together, we free up the clinical and supply chain resources required to improve the overall operating performance of healthcare.Medline India is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to build modern web experiences in React + Vite and a secure, scalable backend on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages for Web/API, Power Automate for configuration/automation, and Dataverse for data storage). You will lead hands‑on development, establish engineering best practices, and drive end‑to‑end delivery—integrating the Power Platform with Azure services and implementing ALM with Azure DevOps pipelines and Azure Repos version control.You’ll collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps in the Sales portfolio to ship high‑quality features, improve reliability, and accelerate releases.
Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, accessible UI with React, Vite, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, following component‑driven design and performance best practices.
- Implement state management (e.g., Redux, React Query), routing, form systems, and robust client‑side validation.
- Build and leverage Power Pages Web API, Liquid, and code components (PCF) wherever needed.
- Model data in Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles), implement business rules and plugins/webhooks for server‑side logic.
- Configure Power Automate flows for orchestration, configuration management, and integrations; design resilient retry/error handling.
- Integrate Power Platform workloads with Azure (e.g., Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Key Vault for secrets, Application Insights for telemetry).
- Implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication/authorization enforce least‑privilege access and data protection.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, grooming and other agile development processes with business stakeholders in Global team setup.
Work Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years professional experience building production web applications; 3+ years with React; solid expertise in Vite, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3
- Strong experience building on Microsoft Power Platform: Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse; hands‑on with solutions, environments, and ALM.
- Proven Azure integration experience (e.g., APIM, Functions, Key Vault, App Insights) and enterprise authentication with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Practical Azure DevOps experience: authoring YAML pipelines, using Azure Repos, implementing gated approvals, artifacts, and multi‑stage releases.
- Data modeling and security in Dataverse; familiarity with plugins/webhooks, Dataverse Web API, and Custom Connectors.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills; ability to lead technical work and mentor others.
- Testing mindset: unit/integration/E2E, CI gating; strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Azure API Management policies, OAuth2/PKCE, JWT, and secure API design.
- Exposure to SonarQube/Prettier and secure coding practices (OWASP).
- Certifications such as PL‑400 (Power Platform Developer), PL‑600 (Solution Architect) are a plus.
