Role Overview

CRM & Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the
CRM system
(setup, customization, automation, workflows, reporting).
Ensure
data accuracy and integrity
across client records, leads, transactions, and touchpoints.
Develop
dashboards and reports
for leadership to track pipeline, client engagement, and conversion metrics.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Experience teams to ensure the CRM supports business needs.
Implement
automation
(alerts, reminders, follow-ups) to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Segment data for targeted campaigns, client outreach, and client engagement initiatives.
Train and support the internal team on
CRM best practices
.
Stay updated with
data privacy, compliance, and security requirements
.
Provide insights on lead quality, conversion patterns, and client behaviors to influence decision-making.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of hands-on experience
in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Strong skills in
data analysis, reporting, and visualization
(Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience integrating CRM with
marketing platforms, lead-gen systems, or communication tools
.
Familiarity with
real estate data flows
(leads → site visits → bookings → post-sales) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work independently in a
boutique, fast-paced environment
