Role Overview

Inbound Lead Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all 

  inbound enquiries

   (calls, website, social media, campaigns) with promptness and professionalism.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend suitable premium projects from our portfolio.
• Manage and update the 

  CRM system

   to ensure accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain 

  long-term relationships

   with prospects by providing high-touch communication and support.
• Collaborate with Builders Sourcing Team to schedule site visits, presentations, and client interactions.
• Maintain service standards that reflect the 

  boutique and premium nature

   of our brand.
• Provide insights on client behavior, conversion trends, and lead quality to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience

   in customer relationship management, inbound sales, or client servicing.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills — ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals.
• Prior experience in 

  real estate, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or high-value B2C industries

   preferred.
• Proficiency in 

  CRM tools

   and structured follow-up systems.
• Customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team collaborator.
