• Qualification: Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience: 3 - 8 Years in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning and experience leading junior data scientists
• Mandatory Skills: AI/ML Python SQL ML Framwork Snowflake AWS/Azure/GCP Customer 360 Churn Prediction GUI Integration
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with international clients
• Budget: 25 – 40 LPA
• Notice period: Max 30 days
• Working days: This is 5 days’ work from office role- (No Hybrid/ Work from Home available)

Senior Data Scientist

to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with model development and a deep understanding of

customer data ingestion, real-time data pipelines, and AI-driven marketing strategies

. You will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to enable data-driven decision-making and hyper-personalized marketing at scale. This role blends analytical rigor with innovative model building and maintenance, ensuring both operational excellence and strategic customer growth

Key Responsibilities-

• Model Development:-
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, Churn prediction & retention, campaign performance and other business use cases.
• Contribute to building models for various use cases such as Revenue Management System, Customer 360, etc.
• Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
• Translate model insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance ROI and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Martech, digital, and commercial teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.
• Establish monitoring, retraining, and governance processes to ensure sustained model accuracy and business value.
• Deep QA Model Validation:-
• Validate existing models applying end-to-end QA checks before sign-off.
• Assess data ingestion, schema integrity, feature engineering, and label quality for business alignment.
• Evaluate model predictions, performance metrics, drift monitoring, downstream outputs, and GUI integration.
• Document all findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support development of dashboards and reports to track validation progress, outcomes, and risks.
• Ensure every module is accurate, reliable, and business-aligned prior to deployment.
  

Required Qualifications:-

• Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
• Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with QA and drift monitoring frameworks for ML models.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud ecosystems such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake/AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading junior data scientists.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to QA, documentation, reporting, and dashboarding.
