Hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support (Top MNC)

Location: DLF Building, Gachibowli

Shift: Night Shifts

Work Mode: Onsite

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab: 2-Way (Within Hiring Zone)

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Customer Support role for a leading MNC. Candidates must have strong communication skills and prior experience handling US/International customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries through voice process.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.

Perform basic upselling and cross-selling when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of International Customer Support (Voice) experience.

Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of upselling and cross-selling.

Qualification: Min. 12th Pass
