This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in India.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of clients by building strong relationships, understanding their objectives, and providing strategic guidance. You will manage SMB and Commercial accounts, driving adoption, retention, and growth while acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. This position requires collaboration with internal teams such as sales, product, and support to deliver seamless solutions and proactively address challenges. You will monitor account health, analyze performance metrics, and advocate for customer needs internally. Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize value for both the client and the company.
  • Monitor account health, adoption, and usage patterns to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and alignment of customer success strategies.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to influence product development and process improvements.
  • Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing customer success team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record managing complex client relationships and driving measurable customer success outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Leadership skills and experience mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
