Job Title: Senior Customer Relations Manager

Location: MDO, Tikri Border, Delhi (On-site Full Time 9-6:30)

Role Description:

We are seeking a smart, proactive Senior Customer Relations Manager to lead client communication and account management for our safety footwear business. The candidate will:

• Call and engage with 50+ clients, including top dealers and industry buyers, to generate orders and secure payments.
• Read, analyze, and act upon Excel sales and payment reports—efficiently identifying clients to follow up for collections and future orders.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring excellent relationship management and issue resolution.
• Track and manage client follow-up activities, maintaining records in CRM, Excel, or similar tools.
• Provide market feedback to management and assist in sales growth strategies.
• Sit at our MDO office situated at Tikri Border and actively use phone, CRM, and reporting tools daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate with clients for orders and payments based on Excel/CRM reports
• Make 50+ calls daily to existing and potential customers
• Handle queries and maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in reporting tools
• Work closely with sales and accounts team on payment and order tracking
• Participate in client relationship improvement and support dealer retention

Qualifications:

• Strong client communication skills (telephonic and email)
• Experience with Excel and sales/collection reporting tools
• Minimum 3 years in customer relations/account management (B2B preferred)
• Smart, proactive, and persuasive personality
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up abilities
• Experience in industrial/B2B sales or safety footwear sector preferred
• Graduate (any discipline), English/Hindi fluency
