Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving customer issues, overseeing customer service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves regular interaction with clients, managing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to provide the best service possible. The manager will also be tasked with developing strategies to improve customer relations and retention.

• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Communication skills
• Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
