Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing client relationships, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional duties include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, developing customer service policies, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service offerings.
