Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Relations Manager based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with customers. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, address customer queries and grievances effectively, and focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will facilitate smooth onboarding processes, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.
