Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist at our factory located at MIE-764, Part-A, Bahadurgarh, NCR-124507. 

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for:

• Full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to hiring

• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates

• Screening resumes and applications

• Conducting interviews and assessments

• Coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers

• Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies

• Training new hires and facilitating onboarding

• Collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs

• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment metrics

Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month
