Role Description

This is a full-time, on-roll Regional Sales Manager role for Maharashtra. The manager will be responsible for:

• Visiting and nurturing relationships with top existing dealers and industrial clients across Maharashtra through regular in-person meetings.
• Adding new dealers: Proactively expanding the Agarson dealer network throughout the state.
• Handling and developing key accounts: Managing relationships with high-value old dealers and ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieving sales targets: Setting, tracking, and meeting regional dealer acquisition and sales goals.
• Industry visits: Meeting company purchasing managers/decision-makers in major industries to generate institutional business for safety footwear.
• Reporting and Analysis: Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports, sharing market feedback, and planning dealer/industry growth strategies with sales management.
• Travel: Frequent local travel required across Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, and key industrial belts of Maharashtra.

Salary

Qualifications:

• 5+ years sales experience in dealer/distributor management or industrial B2B sales
• Proven record of expanding dealer network in a region
• Excellent key account handling, client relationship, and sales negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Maharashtra’s industrial/dealer market preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM, sales reporting tools
• Willingness to travel extensively in Maharashtra
• Valid driving license preferred
• Safety footwear, industrial PPE, or related industry experience a plus
