Industrial Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Sales Specialist covering North India (Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and surrounding regions). The Industrial Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business enquiries, physically visiting potential customers and clients across North India's industrial zones, and converting leads into sales.

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Incentives and travel reimbursement extra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new enquiries and identify potential clients in industrial sectors across North India

• Conduct extensive field visits to meet customers at their facilities in various states

• Present and demonstrate safety footwear products to industrial clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through regular visits

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the North India territory

• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback

• Travel frequently (60-70% travel expected) across North India industrial belts

• Collaborate with the sales management team on territory strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven Industrial Sales and B2B Sales experience

• Strong lead generation and business development skills

• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities

• Experience in field sales with willingness to travel extensively across North India

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Proficiency in using CRM software

• Valid driving license preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Experience in the industrial or safety footwear industry is a plus

• Knowledge of North India industrial markets is an advantage
