Senior Consultant - Tech & Impl - L1

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of these tools and the ability to integrate them to drive our sustainability initiatives and data management.

Experience: Overall, 6-10 years of experience with 2 years of proven experience in software development or integration engineering.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create, manage, and optimize business processes and workflows.
• Interactions with relational databases like SQL Server, including writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing existing queries.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Develop custom applications and solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Microsoft Fabric.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.
• Implement and manage sustainability programs using Microsoft's Sustainability Manager.
• Define calculation models, factor libraries and emissions dashboard in Sustainability Manager.
• Implementation of energy, water and waste metrics in Sustainability Manager.
• Data Import and Integrations in Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
• Develop strategies to enhance sustainability practices throughout the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
• Manage and utilize Fabric for advanced data analytics and integration.
• Ensure seamless data flow between various platforms and systems.
• Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Good to have experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager and a strong understanding of sustainability practices.
• Good to have experience using Fabric for data management and analytics.
• Good to have proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
• Knowledge of current sustainability trends and technologies.
• Familiarity with data integration and management best practices.
