Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

   :

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements,financial transactions,vendors and clients.

1. Cost Analysis

   :

• Monitor and analyze production and procurement costs.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations to improve profitability.

1. Invoice and Documentation Management

   :

• Prepare and manage invoices and delivery challans in sync with specific HSN code. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers.

1. Tax and Compliance

   :

• File GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation for audits.

1. Inventory Management

   :

• Oversee inventory valuation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize stock levels.

1. Commercial Support

   :

• Analyze project-specific costs and margins for furnishing contracts.
• Assist the sales team with pricing strategies and financial models.

1. Collaboration

   :

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and project teams to streamline financial processes.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience

  : 3+ years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, furnishing, or related industries.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Expertise in preparing invoices, delivery challans, E-Way bills, maintaining ledgers,GST return filing and other commercial policies.

• Analytical Skills

  : Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.

• Soft Skills

  : Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
