Job Title:

Operations AssistantLocation: Sector 63,Noida 

Department: Customer Service & Operations

Type: On-site

Compensation:4 LPA-6LPA (As per skill set) 


Deliverables:

a) Communication Skills are must for this role as need to interact with clients who visit the office and handle incoming queries and building good client relationships. 

b) Maintaining and updating the lead generation database. 

c) Maintaining database of clients, exchanging mails and payment follow ups on regular interval. 

d) Follow up with Vendors/Factory/OEMs to fast pace manufacturing of goods.   


Requirements: 

i. The candidate should have completed Graduate degree. 

ii. Should excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. 

iii. Should be a strong networker & relationship builder. 

iv. Should be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. 

v. Should be adaptable and thrive in changing environments.

vi.  Demonstrates a commitment to fostering long-term relationships with existing clients by                        implementing effective client retention programs, aligning with the organization’s goals, and achieving quarterly targets.
