🎯 Role Overview

Senior Interior Designer

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and shop drawings

🧾 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design & Concept Development

• Develop interior design concepts for

  homes, villas, and corporate spaces

  .

• Prepare

  layout planning, mood boards, and design presentations

  .

• Convert client briefs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

🔹 Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare

  detailed AutoCAD drawings

  , including:

• Layout plans

• Furniture layouts

• Electrical & lighting layouts

• Ceiling and flooring plans

• Create

  shop drawings

  for customized furniture and joinery.

• Ensure drawings are accurate and execution-ready.

🔹 3D Visualization

• Create

  3D models and views

  using SketchUp or similar tools.

• Produce

  high-quality 3D renders

  for client presentations.

• Coordinate with external rendering teams if required.

🔹 Coordination & Site Support

• Coordinate with

  sales, project managers, and execution teams

  .

• Conduct site visits for

  measurements and execution support

  .

• Resolve design-related queries during execution.

🔹 Client Interaction

• Participate in client meetings to

  present and explain designs

  .

• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.

🧠 Desired Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience

  in interior design (Residential and/or Corporate).

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD (mandatory)

  .

• Working knowledge of

  SketchUp and 3D rendering tools

  .

• Strong understanding of

  materials, finishes, furniture, and detailing

  .

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp

• 3D Rendering tools (V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape/ D5 or equivalent)

• MS Office (basic)

🎓 Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in

  Interior Design / Architecture

💰 Compensation & Benefits
