The B2C Sales Executive will act as a single point of contact for homeowners, responsible for pitching our complete Design → Build → Furnish offering, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for clients.
This role involves extensive on-site interaction, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams.
🔹 Lead Generation & Site Visits
Visit homes, villas, apartments, plotted developments, and renovation sites.
Meet homeowners and property owners to introduce our residential turnkey services.
Identify opportunities for construction, renovation, and furnishing projects.
🔹 Sales & Pitching (Turnkey Solutions)
Pitch Architectural Design, Interior Design, Civil Execution, and Furniture Solutions.
Clearly communicate the advantage of a single-vendor, end-to-end approach.
Present furniture offerings including custom loose furniture.
Share company profile, catalogues, and project references.
🔹 Client Requirement Understanding
Understand lifestyle needs, budgets, timelines, and design preferences.
Position furniture as an integrated part of the overall solution, not a separate sale.
Coordinate site measurements and initial feasibility discussions.
🔹 Coordination & Follow-ups
Arrange meetings between clients and design / architecture teams.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups to close deals efficiently.
🔹 Reporting
Maintain daily site visit reports and lead trackers.
Update CRM / Excel with accurate client information.
Share weekly sales and conversion updates.
2+ years of experience in B2C sales (Interiors / Furniture / Real Estate / Architecture preferred).
Comfortable with field-based, on-site sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of interiors, civil works, or furniture (training will be provided).
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Minimum: Graduate (any stream).
Interior / Civil / Architecture background is an added advantage.
CTC up to ₹6,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set.
Attractive performance-based commissions and incentives.

Travel allowance as per company policy.
