Job Title: Interior Designer

Deliverables:

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client briefs.

• Prepare mood boards, sketches, material palettes, and presentation decks to communicate design vision effectively.
• Use tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop detailed layouts, 3D models, and renderings.
• Participate in client consultations, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and offering tailored design recommendations.
• Assist with material research, FF&E selections, and vendor coordination to ensure aesthetics and budgets align.
• Work closely with the technical team on construction documents, joinery detailing, and site execution support.
• Support project teams in delivering complete BOQs, finishes schedules, and accurate documentation using ERP tools.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth design-to-delivery execution.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and cutting-edge materials.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury furniture, hospitality, or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vray.
• Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, detailing, and documentation.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into leadership roles.
• Confident in presenting design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field preferred.
