About the Role:
We are hiring an Air Export Operations & Mailing Executive to support our Team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing shipping documents, coordinating with internal departments, and handling official communication related to air export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing List, AWB, and shipping declarations
Coordinating with internal departments to receive shipment inputs
Printing, preparing, and dispatching document sets to agents/customers
Ensuring that mailing schedules are followed
Qualification: - Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate/M. A/M.B. A
Experience: - 0–2 years (Mail & Operations preferred)
Computer Skills: - Basic MS Office, Excel
Personal Skills: - Organized, reliable, multitasker
Language: - Fluent English
Location: Delhi
Working Hours: - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Salary: - ₹20k to ₹35k depending on interview
Familiarity with air export shipment flow is a plus Strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
