Senior Commercial Accountant

This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making through comprehensive reporting. This role encompasses a range of critical functions including maintaining the books of accounts, managing banking and finance activities, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, preparing financial reports, and enforcing accounting policy compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Accounting:

· Checking of accounting entries passed in Tally for all types of vouchers.

· Preparation, verification, and analysis of invoices/bills.

· Accounts Payable, payments processing etc.

· Accounts Receivables, tracking and follow ups, if any.

· Preparation & Maintaining stock register and valuation

· Preparation & Tracking Pledge Stock Preparation

· Checking & Approval Commercial Expenditures

· Prepare & Checking Various type Costing & Comparison reports
· Reconciliation accounts Sundry debtors / Creditors & Service Providers· Daily Payment Reconciliation.

Compliance and Audit:
· Tax compliances-TDS, income tax etc.

· GST Compliances

· Liaising with internal and export auditors to resolve their queries.

· Developing and updating SOPs.

Ideal Experience/ Knowledge:

· Good knowledge of Tally ERP9

· Strong Bookkeeping & Taxation knowledge

· Excellent knowledge of Excel & MS Office

· Accurate & timely reporting to Reporting Manager and Directors

· Implementation of Company’s Policies and Procedures

· Document management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
