Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Collection Executive based in Roorkee Tehsil. The role involves overseeing debt collection processes, reviewing and managing credit control measures, ensuring timely recovery of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The individual will analyze customer portfolios, design and implement collection strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve outstanding debts. Collaboration with the finance and operations teams will also be a key aspect of the role, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection strategies and practices
Strong Communication skills for effective engagement with customers and stakeholders
Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and developing strategic collection plans
Understanding of financial and lending processes, particularly in relation to credit and debt management
Ability to work independently on-site with strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in collection or finance-related roles is advantageous
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
