Job Description

Location: Vipul Agora, MG RoadEmployment Type: Full-time, permanent, Onsite (6 days working)Department: Revenue opsExperience Required: 13 yearsReports To: Revenue Ops Manager

Key Responsibilities

Make calls , send whatsapp and emails for Monthly fee collection
Analyze revenue data to identify trends and provide insights.
Maintain records in CRM and general know-how of telephony systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for management.
Proactively address challenges and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Any Bachelors Degree
6 month to 1 year experience in Collections
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure.
