Sr. Collection Associate

Key Responsibilities

Handle
3rd party collection and recovery
activities as per compliance guidelines.
Maintain high levels of
RPC (Right Party Contact)
and ensure accurate
P2P (Promise to Pay)
commitments from customers.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly collection/recovery targets
consistently.
Engage with customers professionally to negotiate feasible payment solutions.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Adhere to quality and compliance standards set by the client and organization.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet business goals.
