Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst, located in New Delhi. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing business requirements. They will engage in day-to-day tasks such as data analysis, creating reports, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that business processes align with the organization's goals. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to implement solutions and optimize business performance. Qualifications Track daily, weekly, and monthly collections performance across different buckets (DPD, recovery rates, field team productivity, etc.). Create, manage, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Monitor collections KPIs such as bounce rate, resolution %, promise-to-pay (PTP) adherence, and recovery trends by geography, product, or agent.
