Senior Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and polished Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with a high level of courtesy and efficiency. The role requires proactive coordination, strong relationship-building abilities, and prior experience in the interior design or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through professional and personalized service.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Manage communication between clients, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination.

2. Project Coordination & Communication

• Schedule client meetings, design discussions, and progress reviews.
• Ensure timely updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Address client queries, feedback, and concerns politely and professionally.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure client commitments are met.

3. Business Development & Follow-up

• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain an organized record of client interactions and project documentation.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain a client database with updated project details and communication logs.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions and project progress.
• Support senior management with feedback and client insights to enhance service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and communication software will be an advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication.

Working Hours:

• Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible as per client meetings)

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
