As we continue to expand our reach and offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Executive to join our team.

Role Overview:

AstaGuru Auction House is seeking an experienced Client Relations professional with a strong background in luxury and jewelry sales. The role focuses on building, managing, and growing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), collectors, and connoisseurs. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with deep relationship-building skills, contributing to the success of AstaGurus jewelry auctions and expanding our client base across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, collectors, and investors.

Promote AstaGurus jewelry auctions, ensuring maximum participation and client engagement.

Identify and onboard new HNI clients through proactive networking and referrals.

Provide personalized advisory to clients on auctions, valuations, bidding, and acquisition of high-value jewelry pieces.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the auction houses revenue growth.

Partner with internal teams (valuation, operations, and marketing) to deliver exceptional client experience.

Represent AstaGuru at client meetings, luxury events, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.

Maintain accurate client records, track engagement, and prepare periodic sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 7 to 12 years of experience in luxury sales, jewelry, wealth management, or premium client servicing.

Proven track record of managing HNI relationships and delivering on sales targets.

Strong network within luxury, jewelry, and HNI segments in Bangalore/Mumbai/Ahmedabad.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones is preferred.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-touch client environment.
