Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and confident Client Relationship Manager to manage and convert leads generated from marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, understand their project requirements, convert them into active clients, and coordinate effectively between the client and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with incoming leads from ads, calls, and inquiries in a professional, friendly, and persuasive manner.
  • Understand client requirements, project scope, and objectives through detailed discussions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Convert potential leads into active clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to convey client requirements clearly and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams regarding project progress, changes, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Resolve client queries promptly and ensure a seamless communication experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and explain project details clearly.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in client handling, sales coordination, or business development preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
