Job Description

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your role involves conducting review meetings, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through consultative engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - **Review Execution**: - Schedule and conduct client reviews following SOPs. - Analyze client data and document insights. - Capture meeting minutes, share updates, and maintain audit records. - Track implementation using DARs and follow up on action items. - Present updates in team meetings and resolve issues via escalation protocols. - **Revenue Generation**: - Identify client needs during reviews to cross-sell and upsell services. - Support monthly revenue targets through service-led selling. - Propose new ideas based on client interactions. - **Client Engagement**: - Build strong client relationships for loyalty and referrals. - Handle objections and grievances professionally. - Drive retention through high-quality reviews and events. - Stay updated on industry trends and client-specific needs. - **Internal Collaboration**: - Coordinate with internal teams to align on client servicing goals. - Communicate review outcomes and action plans across departments.
